These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Pretzel, a private photo and video sharing app from Analog Studio.

By using Pretzel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who Can Use Pretzel

Pretzel is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. By using Pretzel, you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us.

You are responsible for the account you create and for everything that happens through it. Please keep your login details safe and do not share them with anyone else.

What Pretzel Is For

Pretzel is designed for private family sharing. It is not a public social network. Photos, videos, comments, and related content are visible only to the people you choose to connect with.

You are responsible for who you invite, who you connect with, and what you choose to share.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, comments, captions, and other content you submit to Pretzel.

By uploading, posting, or sharing content in Pretzel, you give Analog Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and provide Pretzel to you and the people you choose to share with.

This license ends when your content is deleted from Pretzel, except to the extent we need to keep limited copies for legal, security, backup, or fraud-prevention reasons.

You promise that you have the rights you need to upload and share the content you submit to Pretzel, and that your content does not violate anyone else’s rights or the law.

Acceptable Use

We want Pretzel to stay safe and useful. Please do not:

• upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• harass, threaten, or impersonate other people
• spam, phish, or try to trick other users
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its security
• use Pretzel in a way that breaks the law or violates these Terms

Subscriptions and Paid Features

We may offer paid subscription plans through the app stores. Some features may only be available with a paid plan, and we may change which features are included in a plan from time to time.

If you buy a subscription, the app store’s terms and billing rules apply to that purchase. Prices, billing frequency, free trials, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at the point of purchase.

Third-Party Services

Pretzel works with third-party services for sign-in, cloud storage, push notifications, and other infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Our Rights

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access to Pretzel if we believe someone has violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used Pretzel in a way that could cause legal, security, or operational problems.

We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pretzel at any time. We will try to do that in a reasonable way, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available.

Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account from within the app settings. When you do, we will delete your account and associated content, subject to any information we are required or permitted to keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or similar legitimate business reasons.

We may also suspend or terminate your access to Pretzel if needed to protect the service, protect users, or enforce these Terms.

If your account is deleted or terminated, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and any other terms that are reasonably intended to survive.

Disclaimers

Pretzel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Analog Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Pretzel.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Pretzel will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. If you keep using Pretzel after the updated Terms take effect, that means you accept them.
